Project Highlight

Legendary Foreshore was proud to support the successful delivery of 335 Place, a landmark 14-storey office development in North Dzorwulu, Airport Area, Accra.

Our Role

Working in partnership with De Simone Ltd., we served as the local execution partner, contributing to the structural works, interior finishes, and coordination with local subcontractors.

The Development

This $45 million Grade A+ commercial project spans 11,047m² of office space with 404 parking bays, and is already home to leading firms in the energy and telecommunications sectors.

Project Status

Completed in 2018.
