In continuation of our trusted partnership, De Simone Ltd. onboarded Legendary Foreshore as the local execution partner for the delivery of the iconic CalBank Head Office located on Independence Avenue, Accra.

The Development

This ultra-modern corporate headquarters spans 10,000m² across multiple floors and was completed and delivered in Q4 2020. The development sets a new benchmark for smart, sustainable office architecture in Ghana’s financial district.

Our Role

Legendary Foreshore was responsible for executing key components of the project, including civil works, finishes, and coordination with local subcontractors, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
